- To view the filled in data, click [view_data].
- To edit/confirm/finalize the form click [confirm_data]. (VERY IMPORTANT: In case you are not logged in as an admin, after login, click the link again.) Once finalized and confirmed, the contract will be generated and the user will be able to sign/download-sign-upload the contract.
