Note1: Please choose a date within the next 6 months. If you intend to propose a mobility beyond these 6 months, please wait for the right timing to propose the mobility.

Note 2: When selecting your dates, please include both departure and return dates. For example, if your mobility takes place on January 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, and you travel the day before and the day after, you should select mobility dates between January 9 and 15 (this totals a maximum of 5 nights and 6 days).

Note 3: The maximum number of nights covered by the host is 5, but the mobility may last longer by mutual agreement, with the host not being responsible for additional nights. There is no minimum duration for mobility, but we consider it unreasonable for it to last less than 5 days (including travel), which should ensure 3 full days of knowledge sharing in the host city. The mobility days may be weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both.

Note: When the contract is made directly with the individual, Culture Next will pay 50% of the total amount before the mobility and 50% upon return, provided the final report is approved.

Note: If the contract is made with the sending organisation, Culture Next will pay the full amount upon return of the cultural workers and the approval of the final report.

The contract (whether with the individual or the sending organisation) will cover the following costs. Please fill in the relevant information (no. of days, distance, and so on) and tick the appropriate boxes.

Daily Allowance: €75/day (maximum of 7 days)

*If you are travelling less than 600 km, it is not recommended to travel by airplane.

You can request the green travel top-up if you choose not to travel by airplane (round-trip). This is only applicable for distances of 600 km (one way distance) and more.

You can request this top-up if you commit to writing an article/ testimonial about the mobility experience, including photo/ video content.

Note: The Communication Report Top-Up is mandatory because Culture Next needs information on the mobility program made.

You can request this top-up if you are traveling to a country where a visa is required.

!Please do not change manually the total, only in case you are absolutely sure about it. Either way, the total value of the contract will be verified by the Culture Next Secretariat after the final dates of the mobility have been set and before the agreement is signed.
